Artist’s Note

I began with the oyster shell and filled its opening with materials that speak to the ocean’s long patience. The artwork featured on this mug is a real, handcrafted Cuepoxy piece in my private collection; the physical original is not included with the mug. This is collectible mug #17 of 30, created so the image can be enjoyed beyond the private collection. The artwork may also be presented in other formats, including wall art.
