Neptune's Flower | Cuepoxy Collectible Mug #25
Secure checkout
Neptune is the Roman god of the sea. Cuepoxy’s Neptune’s Flower imagines a garden growing in the depths of his realm; this flower and garden are an artistic story, not a scene from ancient Roman sources.
In the handcrafted original, a pink coral bloom rises from a large shell, with green and blue sponge-like forms nearby and a starfish at the resin base. The arrangement brings together the colors and textures of an imagined underwater garden. Enjoy its image during a quiet coffee or tea break with collectible mug #25.

Artist’s Note
The shell came first; its shape suggested a vessel for the coral flower. I added the companion forms and starfish to complete this imagined seafloor garden. The artwork featured on this mug is a real, handcrafted Cuepoxy piece in my private collection; the physical original is not included with the mug. This is collectible mug #25 of 30, created so the image can be enjoyed beyond the private collection. The artwork may also be presented in other formats, including wall art.
